Mianchi potassium feldspar mine
The Mianchi potassium feldspar mine is located about 25 km north of Mianchi County, Sanmenxia, Henan, covering 2.9707 km² (planned expansion to 4.6023 km²). Current output is 250 kt/year, with reserve expansion to 3.0 Mt/year underway and the site in the access-road construction stage.

Starting from the current stage, continue to advance key priorities
The project site is currently in the access-road construction stage: loaders and construction crews are advancing temporary roads, slope support and drainage to open the transport channel for subsequent mining-area development and equipment mobilization. Total identified potassium feldspar resources amount to 8.10 Mt, comprising 4.33 Mt (332) and 3.77 Mt (333). The mine currently has seven open-pit faces and will gradually expand to ten as capacity ramps up. Exploration reports, reserve filing, development-utilization plans, safety assessments and government approvals are in place; work is proceeding on reserve expansion to 3.0 Mt/year and mining-area construction.

Access-road construction in progress, mining-area development proceeding in stages
The Mianchi feldspar mine is currently in the access-road construction stage, including construction roads, slope support and drainage works. Completion of this stage is a precondition for large-scale equipment and personnel entry and for subsequent mining-area construction and capacity release.
