Yuzhou coal mine
The project has filed coal reserves of ~7.69 Mt of high-calorific thermal coal, plus ~109 km² of exploration rights with further resource potential.
Mianchi potassium feldspar mine
The site is advancing access-road construction, with 8.10 Mt of identified potassium feldspar resources and reserve expansion to 3.0 Mt/year in progress.
Mianchi Donggou barite mine
Located in Nancun Township, Mianchi, with 4.43786 Mt of barite resources and 4.07523 Mt of BaSO₄; reserve expansion is in progress.
Gongyi aluminous clay mine
Shecun No.2 mining district, Gongyi — CHALCO-held bauxite/clay mining right; identified resources about 2.98 Mt, approved capacity 300,000 t/year; central-SOE EPC contractor under selection.
Mongolia coal mine project
The project company is advancing preliminary procedures and local coordination in accordance with applicable requirements.

A winning project of Mongolia's first renewable auction (Project 5): 20MW PV + 15MW/40MWh storage, 25-year PPA at 7.8 US cents/kWh, grid connection targeted for 1 December 2026.
Ulaanbaatar ultra-low-energy prefabricated housing development
Developed by Mongolia Runxin Investment Company, the project is advancing planning and real-estate approvals. Tsinghua University's School of Architecture is submitting Mongolia-specific building design standards for the SW ultra-low-energy prefabricated system used by the project for review by local authorities.

Dorgont-Ulaanukhaa Placer Gold Mine, Bulgan Province, Mongolia
A placer gold project in Dashinchilen Soum, Bulgan Province, Mongolia, held under Special Mining Licence MV-022121 (269.28 ha), within the North Khentii–Zaamar gold belt, open-pit placer mining with an estimated ~1,321 kg net gold.
