Overseas prefabricated construction & real estate
Built on Tsinghua University's patented SW ultra-low-energy prefabricated building system, we advance overseas residential development, local prefabrication lines and alignment with local standards. The system integrates insulation, fire resistance and load-bearing structure, with a prefabrication rate above 98%, cutting labour by 70% and construction time by 80% versus conventional building while saving over 90% of energy, meeting demanding requirements such as seismic intensity 8 and Category-12 typhoon resistance.
