Overseas prefabricated construction & real estate
Built on Tsinghua University's patented SW ultra-low-energy prefabricated building system, we advance overseas residential development, local prefabrication lines and alignment with local standards. The system integrates insulation, fire resistance and load-bearing structure, with a prefabrication rate above 98%, cutting labour by 70% and construction time by 80% versus conventional building while saving over 90% of energy, meeting demanding requirements such as seismic intensity 8 and Category-12 typhoon resistance.
Advancing every project with clear stage objectives
Runxin starts with prudent assessment, allocating capital, governance, local coordination and commercial resources according to the stage of each project. We do not substitute concepts for progress, but present the real status through permits, financing, construction and delivery milestones.
Current progress
Ulaanbaatar ultra-low-energy prefabricated housing development
Developed by Mongolia Runxin Investment Company, the project is advancing planning and real-estate approvals. Tsinghua University's School of Architecture is submitting Mongolia-specific building design standards for the SW ultra-low-energy prefabricated system used by the project for review by local authorities.
